At The Nine at Tallahassee, we lease on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can fill up quickly. However, we offer a Non-Enrollment Addendum to accommodate students still waiting on acceptance or transfer decisions. This allows you to sign a lease right now and secure a spot at our current rates while waiting for your acceptance. Yes, we offer roommate-matching services through the RoomSync app. With RoomSync, residents at The Nine can easily match with roommates based on lifestyle habits, similar interests, and preferences such as cleanliness, study habits, sleep cycles, and more.
When you apply for your spot at The Nine, you’ll have the chance to list your preferred roommates. Once approved, each resident will need to register for RoomSync. On the RoomSync app, you and all of your preferred roommates can “sync up,” which alerts our team that you want to live together.
To apply online, click the “Apply” button at the top of the page, complete your non-binding application, pay any applicable fees, and submit it. Once your lease is generated, sign and initial all documents to secure your spot. Depending on your application type, some additional steps may be needed.
